My husband and I were greeted very friendly when walking in the door they introduced themselves asked us what our names were then we were shown where our storage unit was. Diane then went over all the paperwork and she was very friendly. Nothing but good stuff we appreciate it.

So far so good. The staff Diana was very nice and professional. The storage unit is very secured and clean leaving me with a peace of mind for my valuables. I love how clean and secure the storage units and overall facility is. Definitely would recommend. The price is also very reasonable.

Stephanie and Diana made the entire storage process easy and smooth. From the very beginning, they were welcoming, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe here. I would highly recommend this place.

I reserved a unit online and Stephanie at the front desk was very helpful in showing me the available units and helping me understand the difference between tiers. I very easily booked and paid for the unit. The facility looks clean and well vented and accessing the unit was easy.

Will was extremely kind, patient, and informative on the phone. I appreciate his help with finding a unit that accommodates my needs. Diana and Stephanie the managers / desk attendants were also very kind and helpful. The building is extremely clean and all instructions on accessing the main building and individual storage until see straight forward and easy to understand.

I cant say enough good things about this amazing SecureSpace Self Storage in Odenton! From the super low rates to the outstanding customer service given by Diana & Stephanie, this place is top notch. It is super clean and the lighting is wonderful. It is truly climate controlled and super secure! I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

I had such a great experience at SecureSpace, and I really have to shout out Stephanie for making everything smooth and stress-free. From the moment I walked in, Stephanie was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to explain all my options, answered every question I had (and I had a lot), and made sure I felt confident about my decision. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and felt very secure—which was a huge plus for me. But honestly, what made this experience stand out was Stephanie. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and that kind of customer service is hard to find these days. If you’re looking for storage and want a place where you’ll actually feel valued as a customer, I highly recommend this location. Ask for Stephanie—you won’t be disappointed!

Awesome staff and they are always willing to help. As a woman loading and unloading boxes I felt safe and codes were easy to use. There were carts available which was a lifesaver! Packing supplies, water were available to purchase which was great!!!! I highly recommend whether you are storing short term or long term this location was perfect! Thank you and kudos to the staff 😀
